Group Power class at the gym (1 hour).  I love this class!  Feel the burn every time.  Lots of calories burned!

              Top 1x15 20 lbs

Sunday 10/26 - NONE; Yikes, 3 days of no exercise, what was I thinking?!?

In the end I did 4 days on and 3 days off.  Better to only take a couple days off instead of three in a row.


Get up and move, even if just a little bit!
